Terms of Service

The provision of the Services by the Contractor (hereinafter referred to as the School) is based on the conditions below:

STUDENT RECORD

1.1. By registering on the School’s website, the Student is obliged to provide accurate and specific information about himself/herself, including his/her contact information. The student is responsible for the operability of the email address and mobile phone specified during registration. When registering, the student is required to indicate an email address that is located in a domain not owned by the School. To communicate with the Student on the provision of the Services, the School will send messages by email (Email) and via short message services (SMS, Viber, Telegram, and others) to the Student’s mobile phone number.

STUDENT ACCOUNT

2.1. The student is fully responsible for all actions that were performed on his Account, created and provided by the School, including if the login and password to the Account became known to third parties.

LIST OF UNACCEPTABLE MATERIALS WHEN PROVIDING SERVICES

3.1. All Services provided by the School must be used by the Student only for legal purposes and not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine and international legislative acts.

3.2. The student is prohibited from taking action to post electronic (digital) information on his Account in violation of copyright and (or) related rights, or other intellectual property rights of third parties. This includes but is not limited to the illegal distribution of music, books, photographs, magazines, or any other copyrighted work. An attempt to sell counterfeit products will result in the immediate blocking of the Student’s Account. Any Account that is found to violate copyright will be fully or partially blocked. Any Account found in repeated copyright infringement will be deleted.

3.3. The use of the Student Account for storing backups or as data storage is prohibited.

3.4. List of materials that are inappropriate in Student Accounts:

  • 3.4.1. Warez, crack resources.
  • 3.4.2. Pirate archives of films, music, books, television, and computer programs.

3.5. Students are solely responsible for all activities that occur through their Service Control Panel, including if the login and password to the Service Control Panel became known to third parties. In the event of unauthorized access to the Student’s Account, the School has the right to restrict access to it until the Student takes appropriate measures.

SENDING SPAM

4.1. Any Student Account from which bulk unsolicited emails (SPAM) are sent will be immediately blocked with or without notice. The Student’s account, whose actions led to the appearance of an IP address located in the IP address space of our company, in the black list, will be immediately blocked.
